What is the best exercise for FROZEN SHOULDER?

3. Perform this exercise for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, several times a day.


Other effective exercises for 🥶 FROZEN SHOULDER include:


1. Finger walk

Slowly walk your fingers up a wall, using your affected arm, until you feel a gentle stretch. 


Hold for 10-15 seconds and repeat.


2. Towel stretch: 

Hold a towel behind your back with both hands, using your good arm to gently pull your affected arm upward for a stretch.


3. Cross-body reach: 

Use your good arm to lift your affected arm at the elbow, bringing it across your body for a gentle stretch.


Remember, the key is to start slowly and listen to your body. 


Never force your shoulder into painful positions, and always stop if you experience sharp or intense pain.
